Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit or withdrawal activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. luck75 reserves the right to apply an administration fee or to close dormant accounts, subject to applicable laws and prior written notice to the registered email address.
By using the Platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, fair and responsible manner at all times. You expressly agree that you will not:

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available through the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable bonus terms before accepting any offer.
Each bonus carries a Wagering Requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable. By way of example only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× Wagering Requirement would require PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal could be made. Actual Wagering Requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
Not all games contribute equally to meeting a Wagering Requirement. Slots commonly contribute 100%, while live casino table games typically contribute a lower percentage (often between 10% and 20%). Where a bonus is active, a maximum per-bet limit applies. Placing a bet that exceeds the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is in play may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of the outcome of the wager.
Bonuses expire if the applicable Wagering Requirement is not met within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings not yet cleared will be removed from the Account without compensation.
